Caffe Latte Art 

Have you ever felt awed or amazed by your barista when you see some magical stroke that came with your cup of beautiful latte or wanted to learn how to produce a perfect cup of latte art? This workshop is focused on the fundamentals of milk steaming and pouring to create basic heart designs. Pouring Latte Art is easy when you have a specific micro-foam volume and texture, in this class, you will learn how to create the perfect milk-to-micro-foam ratio, the correct pose and coordination between your wrist as well as precise control of the milk flow rate to cup.

1. Introduction to Basic Latte Art 

2. Executing the proper Milk Steaming Technique 

3. Mixing of Milk, understand the do’s and don’ts during the process 

4. Hands-on experience with milk steaming and creating Latte Art Shapes

Pour Over 

The perfect pour-over doesn’t happen by accident, it can be tasty now, but turn into a different result on your next brew. This workshop assists you to understand the filter coffees and parameters that will affect your cup of coffee, and learn about the Pour-Over Techniques that bring out the most flavour and aroma of every bean.

1. Introduction to Filter Coffee & equipment

2. Understand the Brewing Techniques, pairing the right coffee and grind profiles to a perfect extraction

3. Quality Evaluation Training – understanding the basis extraction theory and fine-tuning brewing parameters based on visual clues and sensory evaluation

Espresso Making 

An excellent starter kit for coffee lovers and new baristas who are looking to journey through the world of Specialty Coffee and embark on the Bean-to-Cup experience. This workshop focuses on the key skills to extract espresso, you will be provided with a comprehensive understanding of the art and science of espresso brewing, exposed to the overview factors of a coffee’s unique, diverse and complex flavour characteristics, and what goes into crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

3. The registration deadline for each workshop is 7 days before the class starting date.

4. Any cancellations one week before the course will result in a 50% penalty, Course fees will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice.

5. Any rescheduling will be subject to approval and consideration from management. 

6. Minimum 4 students are required; maximum 8 per class. If the minimum number of participants is not met, participants will be arranged in another class or fully refunded. 

7. Participants will receive a full refund within 14 working days if the class is cancelled.
